This Privacy Policy explains how Roses Brand (“Roses,” “we,” “us”), a brand of Roses by Pure Leaf, LLC, Michigan, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit burnroses.com (the “Site”), enter our promotions, contact us, or sign up to hear from us. Our Site and promotions are intended only for adults 21 and older.

Information we collect

• Information you give us through forms (for example giveaway entries, wholesale inquiries, and contact forms): first and last name, phone number, email address, Instagram handle, store name and city, product details such as the Metrc package number on your purchase, business details for wholesale inquiries, confirmation that you are 21+ and a legal U.S. resident, and your marketing choices (email and/or SMS opt-in).
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless visit statistics (Koko Analytics, hosted on our own server) and Google Analytics / Google Site Kit, which may set cookies.
• Age confirmation: when you confirm you are 21+, we store that choice in your browser so you are not asked again.

How we use information

• To run promotions: process entries, check eligibility, verify entries against our distribution records, select and contact winners, and deliver prizes (including tax reporting where required).
• To respond to inquiries, including wholesale and retail-partner requests.
• To send marketing emails and/or text messages only if you opted in (see below).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with law, including Michigan cannabis regulations.

Marketing emails and text messages

Opting in to marketing is always optional and is never required to enter a promotion or make a purchase. We record when and where you opted in and the consent language shown to you.

• Email: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing sales@burnroses.com.
• Text messages (SMS): if you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Roses at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and our programs (for example website hosting, form and spreadsheet tools such as Google Workspace, and email and SMS delivery providers), bound to use it only for our purposes;
• Our professional advisors, and authorities when required by law, regulation (including the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency), or to protect rights and safety;
• Publicly, in limited form, for promotion winners as described in the applicable Official Rules (for example first name, last initial, and city).

Retention

We keep promotion entries for as long as needed after the promotion ends for verification, tax, and legal purposes, and keep records of marketing consent and opt-outs as long as needed to honor your choices and prove compliance.

Your choices

• Opt out of emails or texts at any time as described above.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing sales@burnroses.com. We may keep information we are required to keep by law or to administer a promotion you entered.
• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Age restriction

The Site and our promotions are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
