Roses New York Giants at Detroit Lions Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning versus the free method of entry. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

Roses Brand, Michigan (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by the National Football League, the Detroit Lions, the New York Giants, or Ford Field. All team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, entrants must follow Sponsor’s Instagram account @burnrosesmi at the time of the drawing. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Employees of licensed retail partners, including budtenders, are eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

Begins October 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends December 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Scan the QR code at participating retail counters or visit https://burnroses.com/giveaway/. Step 1: follow Sponsor on Instagram at @burnrosesmi. Step 2: complete the entry form.

A. Entry with qualifying purchase. Every Roses product purchased at a licensed Michigan retailer during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry. A multi-pack counts as one entry (not one per joint inside), and a 1g tube counts as one entry. Submit: full name, phone, email, Instagram handle, the Metrc number from your package, the name and city of the store where purchased, and confirmation that you are 21+ and a legal U.S. resident. Submit one entry form per Roses product purchased. There is no limit on the number of entries, provided each entry corresponds to a Roses product actually purchased by the entrant.

B. Free alternate method of entry. To enter without purchase, submit the online entry form at https://burnroses.com/giveaway/ and select “Free Entry – no purchase.” There is no limit on the number of free entries. Free entries are treated equally to purchase entries and have the same chance of winning. The Instagram follow requirement applies to all entrants and requires no purchase. Liking, commenting on (for example, commenting who you’d bring to the game), or sharing Sponsor’s Instagram posts to your Story is entirely optional and encouraged, but earns no entries and does not affect your chances of winning. No tagging of other accounts is required.

5. Entry Verification and Disqualification

Each Metrc number is shared by up to 25 Roses packages. A Metrc number with more than 25 entries may be reviewed. Entering products that were not actually purchased by the entrant, entering the same product more than once, using automated means, or providing false information is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all of that entrant’s entries. Sponsor may verify that the Metrc number and store named are consistent with Sponsor’s distribution records; entries that cannot be verified may be disqualified. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

6. Prize

One (1) prize: two (2) tickets to the New York Giants at Detroit Lions game – the Lions’ final regular-season home game – on Monday, December 28, 2026, 8:15 p.m. ET, at Ford Field, Detroit, Michigan; third row, Section 126, near the 45-yard line, visitor side. Approximate retail value: $1,000–$2,000 per ticket; total approximate retail value (“ARV”) up to $4,000 (actual value varies with market). Parking, travel, lodging, and other expenses not included. Prize is non-transferable, no cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion. Game date/time subject to change by the league; Sponsor not responsible for postponement or cancellation. Ticket holder must comply with all venue rules.

7. Drawing and Notification

Random drawing from all eligible entries on December 25, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received. At the drawing, Sponsor will verify that the selected entrant follows @burnrosesmi on Instagram using the handle provided; if not, an alternate will be drawn. Potential winner will be notified by phone and email and must respond and complete all Winner Requirements in Section 8 within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor will verify the store/Metrc number against distribution records. If a potential winner is ineligible, unresponsive, or disqualified, an alternate will be drawn.

8. Winner Requirements

To claim the prize, the potential winner must, within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, respond and complete and submit (a) IRS Form W-9 and (b) a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, along with a copy of valid government-issued photo ID showing age 21+, through the secure upload link provided by Sponsor. Documents sent by email will not be accepted. Failure to submit complete documents within 48 hours results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be drawn. Tickets will be delivered digitally by December 27, 2026 after documents are verified. Winner is responsible for all taxes; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize ARV.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner consents to use of first name, last initial, and city in announcements, without further compensation.

10. Privacy and Marketing Opt-In

Information collected is used to administer this promotion and per Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://burnroses.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants may optionally opt in to receive marketing texts and/or emails from Sponsor; opting in is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts.

11. General Conditions / Limitation of Liability

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud or technical issues impair its integrity. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its retail partners from liability arising from the promotion or prize. Governed by Michigan law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. It is likewise not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. Entrants release Instagram/Meta from liability. Information is provided to Sponsor, not Instagram.
